We currently ship within the United States only.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g. pre-orders or made-to-order items).

Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

OMG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

We hope you love your OMG piece. If something isn’t right, please review the policy below.

We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued once the return is received.

Sale items, custom pieces, and made-to-order items are final sale.
